How many pieces of wood does it take to sink Mom's ship....
Anyway... just wanted to do an update. My kids are not sinking my ship! They are holding it up. I'm so proud of them. I think it's been a combination of things and also finally getting settled here in Minnesota that has aided in my reoveredness. This Family Home Evening was super fun. We had a two minute lesson on how many people one person can carry and what happens if we all float our own ships. And then four of us five carried Abby around the park to see how much she weighed and imagined what it would be like if I carried all of the kids by myself. Then we had fun playing and having smores, which is what the rest of the pics are about. Christian even invited his buddies. Looking at these makes me miss being warm. Katie on the other hand doesn't seem to mind the cold. She keeps asking me if it is going to snow soon so she can ice skate on our lake! We will have to report on that more soon, as it just snowed on us yesterday!! Yikes.
