My Great Grandmother, Elizabeth, was able to be in the University of Minnesota Hockey team in the 1900's when they first opened the campus. She was a goalie. I am so proud of my Great Grandmother and all she accomplished. I have only played soccer goalie a couple of times in college and it wasn't at a University level, however seeing this picture at my family's home and hearing stories made me want to keep going on with sports in my life and made a huge impact on how I view the world (as a sports fanatic).
